Wesley, originally from Alabama, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness from Jacksonville State University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University, which he earned in 2017. Shortly after graduating, he moved to Alaska and has been providing outpatient physical therapy services in the Anchorage area ever since.
Wesley excels in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including neuromuscular coordination, spinal and joint mobilization, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and functional Dry Needling. He is dedicated to ongoing professional development and has completed numerous advanced courses in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, modern athlete management, dry needling, and Industrial Rehab and Occupational Health. His education has been further enriched by mentorship from esteemed Manual Therapy practitioners.
He enjoys treating older adults, runners, Alaskan athletes, and industrial athletes. Wesley specializes in treating patients that have problem areas in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, and lower extremities. Wesley is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care by thoroughly assessing each patient’s needs and developing evidence-based treatment plans. He strives to provide highly skilled care tailored to your individual needs in a personable, concise, and detail oriented manner.
Residing in Anchorage with his wife and son, Wesley fully embraces the Alaskan lifestyle. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, trail running, skiing, and snowmachining.
