  • - Physical Therapy: $250 initial eval/$200 per follow up visit

    - Massage Therapy: $120 per visit

  • We accept all insurances and our front desk staff is trained to verify your benefits and provide you with an estimate of your patient responsibility up front. 

  • Appointments are normally 50-60 minute one-on-one sessions with your provider. 

  • The average plan of care is 2x/week, but can be 1x/week or 3x/week. This will vary based on the discussion you have with your provider after your initial visit.

    We recommend scheduling out your initial eval and 3 more visits with the same provider. Schedules tend to book fast and we want to avoid having you wait a month too long for a follow up appointment.

    If your plan of care changes after your initial visit, our front desk staff can coordinate those changes after your initial visit.
